Appointment Policies
We are so elated to provide our services to you. Please kindly review our the information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with A Muse Lash Extensions, you are accepting the terms and conditions of all of our policies
GENERAL POLICIES
All deposits are non refundable, non transferable, and do go towards your remaining balance.
The remaining balance will be due after your appointment. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number that will be kept on your client file, should repeat cancellations/no show(s) occur.
You may reschedule twice per deposit. The card on file will be charged a new deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
If running late, please let your technician know. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled. Unfortunately, if this becomes a habit, you will no longer be serviced by AMLE.If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we simply request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be considered a no-show for that appointment and your card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. If you need to reschedule or cancel during non-business hours, you may do so online via your appointment confirmation email.
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment.
LASH INFILL POLICIES
Infills are needed to maintain the look of your lash extensions and the health of your natural lashes. Depending on your lash growth cycle, lifestyle, and lash technician's recommendations, infills must be scheduled at 2-3 weeks with 40-50% retention remaining.
Mini Fills are 7 day touch ups before an event, photo shoot, etc. You must have at least 80-90% retention remaining.
Anything past 21 days will not be considered as a fill.
Helpful Hints:
If it looks like you need a fill then you have waited too long. Lashes should look good all of the time! Just less full.
Please understand that natural lashes shed up to 2-5 lashes per day between both eyes. In order to keep your lashes looking fluffy and full, please book your lash fills in advance and once every 2-3 weeks.

REFUND POLICIES
