Appointment Policies
We are so elated to provide our services to you. Please kindly review our the information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with A Muse Lash Extensions, you are accepting the terms and conditions of all of our policies
All appointments require a deposit equaling 50% of the service amount. The remaining balance will be due after your appointment.
You may reschedule twice per deposit. The card on file will be charged a new deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits made and cancelled more than 48 hours prior to will be credited to the next scheduled service. Cancelling an appointment outside of the allotted 48 hour window will result in losing the deposit.
If running late, please let your technician know. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled.
There is a 24 hour cancellation period.
If an appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within the allotted window, you will be considered a no-show for that appointment and the card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Appointment cancellations and rescheduling may be done online via the appointment confirmation email/text.
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment.
Infills are needed to maintain the look of your lash extensions and the health of your natural lashes. Depending on your lash growth cycle, lifestyle, and lash technician's recommendations, infills must be scheduled at 2-3 weeks with 40-50% retention remaining.
Mini Fills are 7 day touch ups before an event, photo shoot, etc. You must have at least 80-90% retention remaining.
Anything past 21 days will not be considered as a fill.
Helpful Hints:
If it looks like you need a fill then you have waited too long. Lashes should look good all of the time! Just less full.
Please understand that natural lashes shed up to 2-5 lashes per day between both eyes. In order to keep your lashes looking fluffy and full, please book your lash fills in advance and once every 2-3 weeks.
